Use this mind game to achieve your goals

Increase your chances of success by changing your mindset

In establishing a self-improvement goal, strategic assessments of success prospects can be a very big motivator, philosopher Jim Stone, Ph.D. It is said, that develops personal productivity software and workshops.

Say you want to quit smoking (or other vice-president): You usually think, if I smoke, then I have failed. But if you mentally open yourself not to smoking in a number of ways (make that a singular failure scenario), you see in terms of success: I will push up instead of smoking; Instead of calling a friend, I will read the magazine instead of smoking, or I will drink coffee instead of smoking, in other words, the only way to fail and there are many ways to be successful . Your success prospects look very strong, and you use the power of self-fulfillment

The same mentality can help the projection of a positive habit, such as practicing 20 minutes in a day. Think about the failure because I will not get 20 minutes of exercise today then embrace many favorable outcomes (I will run for lunch for 20 minutes, I will have to run around the block twice a day, I would like to have my favorite sitcom I’ll ride my stationary bike during, or I’ll review my printout, when I’ll go to the treadmill gym), and improve your will – and your barriers.

Let your mind move on to you … in a good way!
